We offer a flat rates starting as low as $7.95 for Australia Post Standard eParcel shipping on orders under 3kg*.

If your order does not meet the above criteria, we offer shipping at the following rates:

The minimum spend amount for free regular shipping is $175.00 (per shipment). Normal shipping rates will be charged for customers in NT & WA. We do not (unlike some other online stores) factor shipping costs into our pricing.

If the products you have ordered need to be shipped from multiple warehouses due to availability then unless the $175.00 is reached on the individual shipments a shipping charge will be still be applicable.

 

The above excludes:

• • • Large bulky products (such as furniture, equipment and electrical)
    • Dangerous goods (DG's)
    • Some remote and regional locations in NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC and WA as determined by our couriers.
    • International/Export Orders.
    • In such circumstances, we will provide a quote for the freight charges at cost so you can approve prior to payment/shipping.
      
• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

• Payment is required prior to shipping.

 

WHERE DOES BUDGET HAIR AND BEAUTY SHIP?

Budget Hair & Beauty currently ships to Australia (Domestic) and some selected International locations, which is determined by our shipping provider at checkout.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs will vary based on the items you have purchased and the location they are being shipped to. This will be calculated specific to your individual order and displayed during the checkout process.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

The times displayed during the checkout process are estimated delivery times only and domestic orders can be subject to delays due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

During our peak sales and promotional activity periods some orders may take a little longer than expected to be picked, packed and shipped to you. If you have any concerns please contact our team.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Orders placed by mid-day are generally despatched within 24 hours.

Your order will be processed within 1-3 days (dependant on available stock). Our delivery partners will collect your order and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please reach out to our team and we will assist you with your enquiry.

Discount and coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs.

 

Budget Hair & Beauty will not be liable for delayed or damaged/lost shipments by our delivery partners. 

 

Budget Hair & Beauty will not be liable for delays in delivery due to incorrect customer information provided during checkout.

 

You are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Budget Hair & Beauty will not be liable for any cost for re-delivery attempts. This cost will be passed on to you if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process. 

 

None of the above applies if you have purchased shipping protection on the order at the time of purchase.
